Location is good Food was not upto mark.goan dishes were not upto the mark and so were other dishes.food was too oily.

The facilities within the venue was good.

Breakfast, dinner, rooms, swimming facility

Good staff mainly security and restaurant staff. A few people were good at reception as well.

Building property is old and doesn't meet the luxury criteria. Its a decent hotel with clean tidy rooms but not the value for money they cost.
